Sausage making courses run on Tuesday evenings 7.30pm - 9pm. £30/person (discount for group bookings).

Participants take home 1kg of sausage each and can even bring their own ingredients to spice up the flavours.

By request, we can also run bacon/ham/guanciale curing courses. £40pp
